Joshua Wickham, Director of Operations for the Columbus State School of Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts is a 2002 graduate of the Columbus State and has taught culinary arts for ten years. Joshua was previously the executive chef for Rocky Fork Hunt and Country Club and more recently an event chef and instructor at The Seasoned Farmhouse.
Joshua is a certified executive chef and a certified executive pastry chef through the American Culinary Federation as well as a fellow in the American Academy of Chefs. He resides in Clintonville with his wife and daughter.
