Sandi Michels – Consumer Insights professional. Committed to combining CRM, Analytics and Insights to drive an organization’s understanding of customer centricity and to have a more holistic view of the customer, determining what the customer really values in order to make that connection, drive engagement and build loyalty.
Sandi was with dress barn/ascena until July 2017 as VP, Consumer Insights. Sandi joined ascena in 2009 leading the CRM, Loyalty and Private Label credit programs for the dress barn and maurices brands. She was on the Ecommerce launch team and headed digital marketing for dress barn in addition to her CRM role. In 2012 consumer insights and data analytics were added to her responsibilities. Prior to ascena she worked at the Liz Claiborne Retail Division which consisted of the Liz Brands, Dana Buchman, Ellen Tracy, Juicy Couture, Kate Spade, Lucky Brands, Mexx and Sigrid Olsen, heading CRM, Marketing and Visual and included spending time in the field as a regional manager. Prior to Liz Claiborne Sandi worked at Bloomingdales in merchandise buying and in branch stores management. She is a graduate of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
