As Senior Vice President of the agency’s rapidly growing Omni-Commerce practice, Klay draws on his deep digital marketing and ecommerce expertise and a talented, multi-disciplinary omni-commerce team to build businesses, develop new products and launch large and complex initiatives for clients such as P&G and Newell Rubbermaid.
Before joining Resource/Ammirati, Klay held a variety of senior leadership positions for specialty retailers Lane Bryant and Tween Brands. Previously in his career, he was an early product manager at Amazon, where he initiated the company’s first refer-a-friend program and led a multimillion-dollar relationship between Amazon and Target. Klay cut his teeth in the early days of digital marketing at CBS SportsLine and the very first social networking site, PlanetAll.com.
