Haley is a brand strategy and communications consultant with over 20 years’ experience working with Fortune-500 companies, non-profit organizations and start-ups, to elevate storytelling and build differentiated brand positions. She believes there’s a fundamental disconnect between the way we build + market our businesses and what our customers, employees, and stakeholders truly care about. The world’s most loved and most profitable companies have figured this out, and she’s spent years studying how and why.
In 2014, Haley co-founded Storyforge, a strategy company helping ambitious businesses grow by discovering their singular purposes, forging their stories, and aligning their positioning, people, products and profits with that purpose.
Prior to Storyforge, Haley spent 16 years with L Brands (NYSE: LB), most recently as vice president of internal communications, directly supporting the company’s founder and chairman in strategic, leadership and internal communications, where she designed and implemented messages, communications strategies and engagement campaigns to reach 100,000 global employees.
