Brad Lamone is the Vice President of Workforce Development at Engineered Profiles, LLC. Engineered Profiles is a manufacturer and supplier of high quality custom plastic profile extrusions and a recognized leader in the thermoplastics extrusion industry. The company’s experience of shaping plastic into custom profile extrusions spans 70 years. The company has 270 associates, who are key contributors to the success of Engineered Profiles through their commitment to safety, quality, delivery, cost and technology.
Brad has been with the company for over 32 years, in human resources for the past 17 years and he is a shareholder of the company. Brad directs the operation of the human resources group, which includes HR, benefits, payroll, wellbeing, workforce development and training. Through Brad’s leadership, the company added innovative benefit solutions, which provides associates with a greater choice of benefit options. He led the creation of employee engagement team comprised of hourly and salaried associates. This team provides another avenue of communication within the company and provides management with insight to quickly address issues or concerns of all associates. He oversees the company’s revitalized training program that provides associates with a road map for career growth and development.
Brad is a board member of the Workforce Board of Central Ohio and a past board member of Community Development for All People and the Marion Franklin High School Business Consortium.. He is a graduate of Franklin University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Brad also earned a Professional in Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
