COLUMBUS, OH – Retail Summit 2017, presented by Franklin County and the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, will bring together hundreds of the retail industry’s thought leaders for two days of insights, best practices and networking. The event will be held Aug. 9-10 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
As the only conference in the Midwest dedicated entirely to retail and the many sectors that support it, Retail Summit will feature remarks and presentations from industry experts working at the local, regional and national levels.
“The retail business is in a state of rapid evolution and transformation,” said Franklin County Commissioner John O’Grady. “There’s never been a better or more pivotal time to hear about the industry’s future, directly from the people most involved in shaping what’s to come.”

Since its launch in 2009, the annual event has earned a reputation for honing in on national trends in retail sales, merchandising, commercial real estate and other connected industries. This year’s two-day Summit reflects ambitious growth from the half-day event hosted in 2016.
